Esoteric Recordings are pleased to announce a newly remastered edition of the classic 1976 album by American Progressive Rock group Pavlovs Dog. Formed in St. Louis in 1972, Pavlovs Dog released their debut album in 1975. "At the Sound of the Bell" was recorded in New York and London the following year and featured DAVID SURKAMP (Vocals, Guitar), DAVID HAMILTON (Keyboards), DOUG RAYBURN (Mellotron, Flute), RICHARD STOCKTON (Bass), STEPHEN SCORFINA (Lead Guitar) and THOMA NICKESON (Acoustic Guitar, Harmonies). The sessions saw contributions from former Yes and King Crimson member BILL BRUFORD (drums) and Roxy Musics ANDY MACKAY (Saxophone) among others.
A classic of the Progressive Rock genre, "At the Sound of the Bell" has been newly remastered and the booklet fully restores the original album artwork and includes a new essay.
