A remastered version of the 1995 CD-release of recordings from Ava Cherry, the Parisian fashion model who hung out with David Bowie in the '70s, was the inspiration for Bowie's 'Rebel Rebel' and contributed to the 'Young American' album. On this CD we hear Ava performing no less than four Bowie compositions, alongside songs by Zappa, Beach Boys, Roy Harper, Annette Peacock and Springsteen. An indepth inteview with Ava is included.
