Earth Mk. II (pronounced Earth Mark Two) is a neo-psychedelic band from Amsterdam. Mastermind behind this band is Hugo van de Poel, who along with childhood friend and producer Jacco Gardner, started looking for the perfect sound for 'Music For Mammals'. A mix of sixties psychedelia in the vein of Syd Barrett, the Zombies and Billy Nicholls and later musical kindred spirits such as Nirvana, the Vaselines and White Fence.
