One of the bands that unleashed their very own humor on the world are the Rodgau Monotones. Founded in 1977, their love for music was already evident in the fact that they started as a cover band out of sheer enthusiasm. But they quickly began to take their own material with them on stage and when their first record 'Want Ye Music, Or What?!' was released in 1982. appeared, they could no longer be held. At the beginning of 1984 their most successful album 'Volle Lotte' came out, and later that year, they performed at Rockpalast.
