Troll was founded in 1992 by Stian Arnesen also known as "Nagash". After a couple of releases, nagash started working with Dimmu Borgir and his other band Covenant, leaving Troll inactive until 2000. Then the band was reformed and soon after, they released 'Universal' in 2001. The album sees a reissue on Indie Records.
