Elias Raschle's goal with Augenwasser is to emancipate himself from the classical label of singer-songwriter, in order to experiment more freely and to return to the roots of his
musicality with a more electronic, experimental and emancipated sound. The boundaries between live recordings and studio productions are blurred, leaving a space where improvisation and spontaneity can easily flourish. 'Sleepdancer' reflects this state of musical urgency, and the emotions emanate from these new pieces, pure and raw, but terribly stimulating.
Its lively and danceable rhythms make the lyrics a transitional space, where the vertigo of the night rests. A wandering music with lost paces.
