'Bloodline' is the debut album by 'Xixa' (sound of the desert). The band's line-up comprises members of Calexico, Giant Sand and KT Tunstall. 'Xixa' wallows in the psychedelic environment of the Amazon rainforest, the "Bumping grind" of the Peruvian 'Cumbia', whimsical electronics and West-African 'desert Blues'.
