Zerzura is a modern folktale transposed onto an acid western, equal parts Jodorowsky and Jean Rouch. Written and developed with a local Tuareg cast, 'Zerzura' mixes ethnofiction with the genre picture, exploring themes of migration and exoticism through a collaborative approach.
