Splinter was a two-man vocal group from South Shields, England, active during the early 1970s. There was a connection with George Harrison, as a result of which the band's sound has often been likened to that of The Beatles (particularly Harrison and John Lennon) and Badfinger. This self-titled album, reissued on CD, was Splinter's fourth release.
