Het Interstedelijk Harmoniumverbond is the collaboration between Glen Steenkiste, Brecht Ameel, David Edren and Steve Marreyt on their quest for yet undiscovered dimensions of drone. They all play harmonium and share the genuine interest for temporality in music. The recording process was carried out with an ambition to capture both micro sounds and detailed textures from each of the harmoniums, as well as the surround sound blended through the acoustics of space.
