The song selection for Live Alive displays many of Stevie Ray Vaughans biggest influences: Jimi Hendrix ("Voodoo Child (Slight Return)"), Stevie Wonder ("Superstition"), Howlin Wolf ("Commit A Crime") and Buddy Guy ("Mary Had a Little Lamb").
