This CD presents the entire recorded legacy of one of San Francisco's finest underground bands from the psychedelic '60s.
Indian Puddin' And Pipe emerged in 1966 from the Pacific north-west scene as West Coast Natural Gas. In 1968 that familiar name was erased by mogul Matthew Katz in favour of Indian Puddin' & Pipe for his 'Fifth Pipedream Volume One' compilation. The band split up shortly after, but was revived by Pat Craig and Steve Mack for one final session in 1969. The mausic on this release is an essential piece of the US west-coast jigsaw.
