A remarkable Russian band, Pomni Imya Svoye combines poetic Russian words and chilling funeral chants. The pure and deep female voice reaches to the innermost meaning of human life. The CD contains ten songs, five of which written by vocalist Ksenia Fandeeva. The other songs are based on poems by S. Yesenin, Eduardi Carranza, Robert Rozhdestvensky, Dmitry Kachmar and Vladimir Vysotsky.
