Released in the US, the UK and the Netherlands, 1987's 'The Elbow Is Taboo' was Renaldo & The Loaf's fourth and final album. Included on the tracklist are 'Hambu Hodo' (one of their most popular songs, which was also released as a 12-inch single) and a cover version of the song 'Boule!' by French band Ptose. 'Elbonus' doesn't only feature the legendary 12-inch of 'Hambu Hodo', but also the unreleased 7-inch mix. Also included are tghe tracks from the scarce 'Hambu Hodo Tak Awa', a CD-R given away to only five personal friends, and some further unreleased stuff.
