Dave Angstrom is guitarist and one of the most important songwriters in American band HERMANO, the
band which is especially known for their famous singer JOHN GARCIA.
With Garcia roaming the European clubs & festivals with his GARCIA PLAYS KYUSS, the band he has
founded way back together with Josh Homme (QOTSA) and Brant Bjork, Hermano has been put in the
fridge for a little while, which gave Dave the chance to start Asylum On The Hill together with his
Kentucky friends.
“Passage To The Puzzle Factory” is an album full of „rock with balls‟. Next to the (stoner)rock many other
musical influences can be heard which very organically are melted with the heavy desertrock riffs.
This album is damn tasty!
