A vinyl reissue of an excellent 1969 LP by the Chicago blues giant. 'After The Rain', the sixth studio album by Muddy Waters, was the follow-up to his stunning 1968 psych-blues release 'Electric Mud' and shares many of the musicians from that album. Unlike its predecessor, 'After The Rain' contained mostly his own compositions, and the songs, though still distorted, are less overtly psychedelic.
