This collection includes some of the band's best-known material including, the garage rock touchstone 'Pushin' Too Hard'. Also featured are both sides of The Seeds' final 7-inch (issued by MGM), which never appeared on CD before. Many versions here, with sound from the original masters, are different than the ones appearing on their albums. Most cuts feature unique mixes and different edits. Bonus tracks are 'Excuse Excuse' with a different vocal, issued on a French EP, and the original, unedited version of 'Pushin' Too Hard'.
